ERP Program Leadership & PMO
Implementations do not fail on software. They fail for lack of governance, traceability and cutover discipline.
LDO Consulting runs the program: a Requirements Traceability Matrix and fit-gap taxonomy so every requirement has an owner, a disposition and a tested acceptance criterion before it goes live; workstream plans in Jira with real dependencies and a critical path; a cutover runbook that has been rehearsed; and executive reporting that reconciles to the live ticket data, not to a slide.
Engagement models: fractional PMO lead (part-time, ongoing), program lead (full engagement), or a two- to four-week recovery assessment with written findings.
Platforms: Oracle NetSuite, SAP (ECC and S/4HANA), IFS. The governance runs on Trimspan, which works the same on any ERP.
AI-Enabled Program Execution
Most organizations use AI as a chat window. LDO Consulting uses it as a working participant in the program.
Claude is connected through the Model Context Protocol to Jira, Confluence, the ERP sandbox and Google Workspace. It creates and transitions tickets, links dependencies, runs bulk updates, authors Confluence pages and writes specifications back to the requirements that need them. Around it, LDO Consulting builds the controls that make the output trustworthy: Business Process Owner personas that give the model each functional owner's viewpoint, a working-standards layer that enforces audit-ready output, and engineering rules for anything AI produces — full verification before delivery, no hard-coded identifiers, standardized headers and expected-output documentation.
What clients receive: the SOPs their staff use every day, functional and technical specifications on every requirement, live program dashboards and status reports, all kept in their own Jira and Confluence. The client owns every output and its data; LDO Consulting owns the tooling, Trimspan.
Outcome: documentation and reporting delivered in hours instead of weeks, audit-ready, without adding headcount.
Integration Architecture
CRM-to-ERP integrations built ad hoc work until the first reconciliation.
LDO Consulting designs and documents the integration before anyone builds it: authentication, record mapping, idempotency, error handling and reconciliation, with middleware selected on evidence (n8n, Zapier, or custom) rather than habit. The GoHighLevel-to-NetSuite reference design — contacts to customers, opportunities to sales orders, payments to billing — is available as a starting point.
Strategic Advisory & Capture
For principals who want a second set of eyes with a delivery record behind it.
Strategic advisory on a retainer; RFI, RFP and RFQ response leadership from bid decision to sealed package; DoD and civilian capture support; teaming and subcontracting strategy.
