Jesus "Rod" Rodriguez has spent twenty-five years delivering enterprise systems where failure is not an option. He served fourteen years as a U.S. Navy Maintenance Officer on submarines and surface ships, leading more than forty nuclear and non-nuclear maintenance projects — every one on or ahead of schedule and within budget — and managing repair organizations of up to 400 people across eight departments.
He moved into enterprise systems on Navy ERP (NEMAIS), leading the data-migration team that evaluated more than eighty legacy systems and loaded over forty million master data records, then representing Fleet Forces Command maintenance processes into the program's blueprint. From there he led SAP practices and Aerospace & Defense solutions at CACI, CSC and DXC Technology — including the S/4HANA landscape build DXC used to pursue more than $100M in opportunities — and served as Program Director for IFS on the U.S. Navy's N-MRO program — the Naval Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul effort under NOBLE, delivered with Lockheed Martin — from its start until April 2023.
Since January 2026 he has been PMO Lead and Strategic Advisor to BL King Consulting on their Oracle NetSuite program, where he has integrated agentic AI into the daily execution of a live ERP implementation: Claude connected to Jira, Confluence and NetSuite; AI-authored SOPs and specifications; ten Business Process Owner AI personas; and Trimspan, the toolset he built and directs as a non-developer program lead, which LDO Consulting now runs on every engagement.

LDO Consulting LLC
LDO Consulting LLC was founded in 2023 and relaunched in January 2026 as an S-Corporation. It is based in Athens, Alabama, working remotely across the United States with on-site presence at program milestones, and principal-led: Rod leads every engagement.
The name is the Navy's. A Limited Duty Officer is a "Mustang" — an officer commissioned from the enlisted ranks on technical mastery and proven leadership rather than a service-academy degree. The LDO and Chief Warrant Officer motto is Sursum ab Ordine — up from the ranks — and it is how the firm was built and how it works: the person who has done the job runs the program.
How the team scales
Delivery capacity comes from a network of vetted subcontractors engaged per workstream — NetSuite functional consultants, SuiteScript developers, integration engineers, technical writers and data-migration leads — under LDO Consulting agreements and LDO Consulting's working standard. Clients contract with one firm and deal with one accountable lead.
